How Eleven65 turned a 20 year old website into a connected growth engine, driving 40% more traffic and 25% more leads.

Canaduct Cleaning is an established HVAC and air duct cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the Greater Toronto Area. With more than 20 years in business and thousands of customer reviews, Canaduct had a reputation its digital presence could no longer keep up with.

Eleven65 Digital

  • With new ownership in place and plans to expand the business, Canaduct needed a digital foundation capable of supporting its next stage. Their existing WordPress website was nearly 20 years old and had accumulated years of themes, plugins, and patchwork fixes. This had led to broken pages and conflicting components that made even routine changes risky.

The new website needed to be built separately while we maintained the existing site. Canaduct relies heavily on online inquiries and advertising for new customers, so lead flow, search visibility, and active campaigns needed to continue without interruption throughout the transition.

Beyond the website, years of changes had created inconsistencies across the company’s digital presence. Different versions of the logo, company information, services, and descriptions appeared across Google Business Profiles, online directories, advertising platforms, and other digital touchpoints. Canaduct had built a strong reputation in the real world, but its presence across Google, local search, and emerging AI search platforms didn’t reflect it.

Legacy advertising accounts were also cluttered and lacked reliable conversion tracking, making it difficult to determine which campaigns were generating results. Internally, Canaduct’s email environment was dropping messages and notifications, creating an operational risk that could directly affect customer communication.

This wasn’t simply a website rebuild. Canaduct needed its website, search presence, advertising, tracking, branding, and internal systems brought together into a digital foundation that could support the company’s continued growth.

  • We began with an audit of Canaduct’s digital ecosystem, reviewing its website, branding, search presence, advertising, tracking, and internal systems. Once the priorities were established with the ownership team, we began rebuilding each part around a more consistent digital foundation.

With three versions of the Canaduct logo in use and no original source files available, we worked to develop a refreshed visual identity. A new logo, colour system, and typography were established and carried across business cards, service stickers, vehicle graphics, and other customer-facing materials.

We carefully maintained the existing WordPress website, while building a completely new multi-page website in Wix Studio. The new site focused on responsive layouts, streamlined navigation, faster performance, search-optimized content, while dedicated location pages, and landing pages were built specifically for paid advertising. Existing URLs were evaluated, redirects were mapped, and advertising connections were planned before launch to protect search visibility and active campaigns during the transition.

Canaduct’s advertising infrastructure was rebuilt with new, organized ad accounts, campaign structures, conversion tracking, and audience targeting. Rather than relying solely on platform-reported conversions, we cross-referenced advertising data with website activity and Canaduct’s reported calls and inquiries to build a more realistic picture of campaign performance. Advertising initiatives have since been tested and expanded across multiple platforms as the strategy continues to evolve.

We also standardized Canaduct’s presence across Google Business Profiles, local search, maps, and relevant online directories, aligning its branding, services, business information, and company descriptions. This work extended into AI search platforms, strengthening Canaduct’s visibility for customers using tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to find local services.

Behind the scenes, we transitioned Canaduct from its legacy email environment to a managed Microsoft 365 system, improving reliability while providing ongoing security and technical support.

What began as a digital overhaul has developed into an ongoing partnership, with Eleven65 continuing to support Canaduct across its website, search presence, advertising, digital infrastructure, and broader growth initiatives.

  • "We brought in Eleven65 to help fix our website it was outdated and hard to use. They didnt just fix it, they rebuilt the whole thing and made it look sharp and work better. They also cleaned up our branding, helped with our Google profile, and handled our SEO. Within a week or two, we started getting more calls and jobs through Google, no joke.

They even helped us with some backend stuff we didnt know how to deal with email setups, hosting issues, and that kind of thing. Its been solid having one team who just takes care of it all so we dont have to chase different people for every little thing.Theyre straight-up, honest, and easy to deal with. No pushy sales, just solid work that makes a difference. If you run a service business like ours and need help online, Id definitely recommend giving them a shot. Weve seen real results, and theyve earned our trust.
